Hike through Cava Carosello and visit antique mills and tanneries or have a swim in one of the deep fresh water plunge pools, before having lunch at a farm where you will feel the real Sicilian hospitality.
Sip a glass of wine at a boutique winery after discovering the seaside at Vendicari. Discover the centre of Sicily, appreciate the different landscape, the cooler temperature, and learn about the dramatic history of Sicilian sulphur mines. Head towards the Aeolian Islands, where Stromboli will capture you with its constant, fascinating, eruptions. Hike on the majestic Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe.
